Cancellation policy

At Live Your Space, we value our clients' time and aim to provide the best service possible. In order to respect the time and schedules of all our clients, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We have prepared a policy in order to protect the interests of our valued clients and our company. Please, review our cancellation policy below before making any booking.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Missed Appointments: If a client forgets an appointment and is not present at the scheduled time and has not provided prior notice, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to perform the service due to no access, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will apply.

If you need to cancel your booking, please, contact us as soon as possible to avoid any forfeiture. You can directly e-mail your cancellation demand to contact@liveyourspace.com.au or text message on 0415 533 834. Please, do not forget to add your name and adress so that we can process your transaction. Please, contact us for further information.
