*We do everything to provide and guarantee the best possible cleaning, however, things that require other types of services (such as painting, plastering etc) or equipment (pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning etc) are not included in the warranty. This includes unremovable spots on the walls, carpet or hard floor, heavy limescale build-up in bathrooms and discolourations of any kind.
